Usually cats are not aggressive to people. If your cat try to scratch and bite you maybe he/she is ill, or in pain.
Indoor cats, that are always at home, and are not given enough toys, or proper attention, can also become aggressive.
If your cat suddenly becomes aggressive, putting ears down, growling and hissing, it may be signs that your cat is not in good health.
Just playing
Your cat may bite you when you playing with him/her, usually these small bites are not painful.
